How did you end up becoming a trainer/class instructor?: After my own personal fitness transformation, I wanted to help others reach their goals
Describe your class style: high energy classes that mix it up.
Describe your teaching/training style/philosophy: Start where you are and take it day by day. Don’t be too hard on yourself, this is a marathon not a sprint. If each day you can be 1% better than you were the day before, imagine where you’ll be in 100 days.
3 most important things when it comes to training: A good plan, some good music, and a good attitude!
What sports or athletic endeavors you had as a youth: Ballet, gymnastics, cheerleading, track and field
Most challenging lift/exercise or sport: Free diving
Hobbies outside of the gym: Free diving, traveling rings, painting, traveling to a beach anywhere!
Favorite food: Chocolate
