Poor shoulder mobility is one of the most common problems we see in the gym. This can be caused by current or previous injuries, underdeveloped and overdeveloped muscles, poor posture, and incorrect training habits.
Regardless of the WHY, it’s something that will continue to cause problems for you both in and out of the gym if it’s not taken care of properly. From pain to injury to the “Hunchback” look, the problems will definitely not get better without intervention.
