How did you end up becoming a trainer/class instructor?: After college I trained basketball and football players and included boxing in their workouts.
Describe your class style: My classes are fun with high energy. You will sweat and have a great time
Describe your teaching/training style/philosophy: I’m patient and I will push you past your limits. I am here to have you do workouts that you would not do on your own.
3 most important things when it comes to training: Do it right, do it hard and have fun.
What sports or athletic endeavors you had as a youth: As a kid I boxed, and played basketball, football and basketball. I played basketball in college and earned a four-year athletic scholarship.
Most challenging lift/exercise or sport: Boxing
Hobbies outside of the gym: Writing, traveling and creating art.
Favorite food: I enjoy pretty much everything. It’s all about the experience with the people that i’m surrounded by.
Dream vacation: I am an avid traveler and have been to a lot of countries (South Africa, Cambodia, Australia, and Thailand to name a few). I enjoy learning about new cultures. My dream vacation is going to a new country and having a new experience.

What does it mean to you to have ideal fitness?: It means to be a better you. You should feel comfortable and be able to do everything in life you want to. You shouldn’t have your fitness stop you from doing everything you set out to do.
What do you love most about IRON?: The community of clients and coaches/trainers. I enjoy teaching and helping others reach their fitness goals.
