How did you end up becoming a trainer/class instructor?: Moved to L.A. and was not getting key positions in hotel industry so I decided to do something I love, which was fitness……and I was too old to reenlist in the Marine Corps.
Describe your class style: Motivating with fluidity and purpose.
Describe your teaching/training style/philosophy: Educating and equipping the client with efficient training methods to maximize their results as well as enabling them. Love and nurture the most important person in their life…. themself!
3 most important things when it comes to training: Showing up, consistency, and willingness.
What sports or athletic endeavors you had as youth: Played High School Football, ran Track, Varsity Cross Country.
Most challenging lift/exercise or sport: Surfing
Hobbies outside of the gym: Sunbathing, water sports, comedy shows, movies, and nearly anything athletic if it’s fun.
Favorite food: Too many to list, yet prime rib, lobster, and most deserts would rank highest.
Dream vacation: Staying at an underwater suite in the Maldives sans any communication or media technology/devices.

What does it mean to you to have ideal fitness?: Whatever training or physical activity coupled with nutrition that enables someone to move and feel better.
