How did you end up becoming a trainer/class instructor?: I was living in NY and leading an unhealthy lifestyle. I decided that I wanted to change my environment and surround myself with like-minded individuals in a city where the sun was always shining. After moving towards healthier lifestyle habits I knew I wanted to help people do the same thing for themselves. I became a personal trainer and nutrition coach to lend support and guidance to others.
Describe your class style: Work hard, stay engaged and lets sweat!
Describe your teaching/training style/philosophy: I help women feel good and get fit. By building strength, we build resiliency that translate not only to the gym floor but to all areas of ones life. Change takes time and it takes adjustments in various areas of ones life including exercise, diet, lifestyle and mindset. Get ready to not only change your body, but to change your life.
3 most important things when it comes to training: Making sure the program you put together for the client is directly tied to their goals. Form over everything. Make sure the client enjoys the time you spend together.
What sports or athletic endeavors you had as a child and/or teenager: I was born into soccer since I’m Italian but i fell in love with Lacrosse in high school and got recruited to play DI lacrosse at UC Berkeley.
Most challenging lift/exercise or sport: Kettlebells
Hobbies outside of the gym: Food, friends and fun!
Favorite food: Japanese and Italian

What does it mean to you to have ideal fitness?: Finding balance in my fitness routine. Making sure my recovery is just as thoughtful as my workout. Listening to my body and doing what feels right.
