At IRON’s Small Group Personal Training, capped at four people per class, you can focus on exercises designed to meet your needs, and enjoy a workout with friends or colleagues with similar goals!

Whether it be to learn how to weight train as a beginner, advance existing strength training skills, exercise to maximize fat-burning high metabolic levels, change body composition to create a more aesthetically pleasing physique, and/or hone in on specific athletic performance, coaches can develop a unique program and match up individuals with similar goals and training levels so you can get close attention as you would with a personal trainer but with a more conservative budget.

Small group classes are offered weekday mornings and evenings, and Saturday mornings.*
