No matter what your experience level, Small Group Boxing, capped at five people per class, is a great way to hone your boxing skills with one of our seasoned coaches! Whether you're focusing on boxing technique, punching power, aerobic endurance, quickness in footwork, or improving coordination, your Small Group boxing program can be tailored to your needs, using a variety of boxing-specific modalities including heavy bags, speed bags, and mitts, as well as agility, power, endurance, core, and full-body strengthening exercises.
