Strategy Session: It all starts here with our head coach to review your health/injury history, discuss goals, and just get to know you! Your coach will take you through a quick and painless movement screen to check your range of motion and movement ability to find out the best place for you to start.
Individualized Recommendations: Next, your coach lays out recommendations based on your assessments including which exercises you should do and which to avoid if you happen to have any safety concerns.
Nutrition + Exercise = Results: At IRON we want to ensure you’re getting optimal results – ALWAYS! Your fitness coach will give you nutrition tips for propelling you toward your fitness goals.
