IRON’s Team Training classes, our popular strength training and cardio bootcamp classes, capped at twenty people, incorporate high intensity intervals with full-body strength training exercises to maximize caloric burn while challenging the body to build strength, explosive power, and cardiovascular endurance!

Team Training is great for all levels, beginner to advanced, in achieving well-rounded fitness and for learning the essentials of functional strength training. Learn how to properly squat, lunge, push-up, pull-up, row, hip hinge, and work with a fun range of equipment including the TRX suspension trainer, sled, battle ropes, resistance bands, Valslides, med balls, kettlebells, and agility ladders!
