These small group sessions have a maximum of 4 people and are focused on improving your boxing skills with more complex mitt work and bag work drills, and customized exercises designed to take you to the next level, in a private setting with friends, colleagues, or fellow members.

Whether you’re interested in advancing in fighting technique, punching power, strength, aerobic endurance, quickness in footwork, or improving overall coordination, these workouts are optimized for you to meet your specific goals.

Heavy bags, speed bags, and mitts are used, as well as more advanced agility, power, endurance, core, and strength exercises. Let’s take it up a notch!
