Growing up a competitive dancer, Brooke has been an athlete almost her entire life. After a near life-ending accident, Brooke had to focus on rebuilding her fitness, as well as, taking off the almost 50 pounds that came with her recovery. She turned to strength training to rehabilitate her body and lose the weight. Empowered with this new level of understanding and mindset, Brooke set out to become a Personal Trainer and help others reach their health & fitness goals.
