Jermain grew up playing in all sports, including Boxing, Basketball, Baseball, Track and Field, and Football. His diverse sports background has allowed him to help all types of people ranging from sedentary folks to professional athletes. Jermain’s training style incorporates boxing, strength training, and conditioning.  His positive mindset and motivational approach make him one of our most sought after trainers, and continuously helps his clients get the best results possible.
