Our 9,000 sqft facility in the heart of Santa Monica offers a wide-open strength area, a state-of-the-art recovery room, a comprehensive cardio deck, and a newly remodeled private studio for boxing and training. Enjoy open gym access, small group training, and 1-on-1 sessions with amenities including three Squat Racks, 2 Olympic lifting platforms, Dumbbells from 2.5 to 120 pounds, Kettlebells from 6kg to 48kg, BC Hip Thrust, Aktiv 3D Smith Machine, Rowers and multiple Cable Stations. Additionally, we feature Technogym Skillrun Treadmills, Skillbikes, Ellipticals, Ski Erg, Jacob’s Ladder, a dedicated Boxing Space with Heavy Bags and more.

IRON Yard

Our 1,500 sqft outdoor area offers a comprehensive range of equipment for a great workout in the California Sunshine, including two Squat Racks, Dumbbells (5-100 lbs), Kettlebells (10-45 lbs), Slam Balls, Medicine Balls, an Abdominal Crunch Machine, Hammer Strength 45° Back Extension and Calf Raise Machines, Flat Benches, a Boxing Rig with Heavy and Water Bags, a Tire Flip Station, Rower, Ski Erg, Torque Tank MX Sled, and 2 Schwinn AirDyne Bikes. Enjoy the perfect blend of fitness and fresh air with our top-notch outdoor setup.

Wellness & Recovery

Our state-of-the-art private recovery room enhances your recovery, relieves sore muscles, and promotes overall wellness. Experience the benefits of our full-spectrum infrared sauna, which generates internal heat with positive effects on both mind and body, or dive into our Cold Plunge, utilizing the Wim Hof method for numerous mental and physical benefits. Alternate between the renovated shower, the cold plunge, and our Jacuzzi infrared sauna with built-in Chromotherapy for maximum results.

Private Studio

The private studio is separate from the main gym for all who wish to hold their own fitness classes, conduct photoshoots or simply train alone in a sleek, top-of-the-line, fully equipped private space. The space consists of the following:
