IRON Boxing Basics is a beginner-friendly class designed to teach you the boxing fundamentals so that you’re fully prepared to take our regular IRON Boxing classes. In this class you’ll learn, proper boxing stance, how to wrap your hands, and how to throw the three main punches we use most often. You’ll also learn techniques on the heavy bag, the importance of shadow boxing, and the proper coordination in order to be able to move while boxing. This 60-Minute class taught by some of the BEST coaches in the country, is recommended for beginners and returning boxers that want to brush up on IRON Boxing technique!
