Yoga is a great way to open up the body through dynamic stretches, poses, and connection to your breath. In this class, we will challenge your strength, stability, and coordinate breath to movement through a series of vinyasa flows, stretches and yoga poses. Flows will include spinal warm ups, hip openers, and heart openers. Class will offer modifications and adjustments to cater to all levels. Please bring a mat, towel, and water, and wear something you’re comfortable to move in.
