Wellness & Recovery

Our State-of-the-Art private recovery room is for those that wish to enhance their recovery, relieve sore or tight muscles, and focus on overall wellness. Our safe, effective, full-spectrum infrared sauna generates heat internally, resulting in a wide range of positive effects on the mind and body.

For the bold and brave, you can dive into our Cold Plunge, exposing the body to freezing temperatures, also known as the WIM HOFF method, which has numerous mental and physical benefits as well.

You may also enjoy using them back and forth to reap the maximum benefits.
