Sam’s passion for exercise began during his first experience with gymnastics at a young age. At that point, he knew that he was destined to work in the health/wellness field. He believes that along with exercise, holistic wellness strategies are the best way to achieve and maintain a healthy body, mind, and soul.
He specializes in weight loss, strength/conditioning, and correcting biomechanical deficiencies so clients can vivaciously live their best lives. Sam believes that exercise doesn’t have to be a daunting task, so he prides himself on making training sessions fun, yet challenging, educational, and most importantly effective! Having grown up in an environment where health and wellness was a priority, he vows to spread his passion for a healthy lifestyle to as many people as possible to help make the world a happier, healthier place.
